We Reply Personally

Usually within the hour during atelier hours. We'll ask a few clarifying questions and share rough turnaround & pricing.

We Book Your Fitting

A 30–45 minute consultation at the atelier — measurements, fabric selection, style sketching. No pressure to commit on the spot.

We Begin the Work

A 50% deposit secures your slot in the workshop. We'll keep you updated on progress and invite you back for a mid-build try-on.
